Onchain Deposit Flow
This is the standard process for participating in Sova Prime vaults. All deposits are handled on-chain, with transparent tracking and off-chain execution managed by institutional partners.
1. Deposit to Strategy Contract
You deposit BTC directly into a Sova Prime vault via your Web3 wallet
Assets are secured within the vault smart contract
Your position is tracked on-chain, ensuring transparency and auditable custody
2. spBTC Token Issuance
In return, you receive spBTC, representing your proportional share of the vault’s Net Asset Value (NAV)
Your token balance remains constant, but its redemption value increases as yield accrues
spBTC is ERC-4626 compatible and composable across the Sova Chain ecosystem
3. Issuer Withdrawal
Once your deposit is confirmed, the strategy contract permits the licensed issuer to withdraw funds into their on-chain wallet
Withdrawals are logged and permissioned, ensuring secure and transparent capital movement
Assets are then prepared for conversion and offboarding
4. Off-Ramping to TradFi
The issuer off-ramps funds via regulated OTC desks or centralized exchanges (CEX)
Capital is converted into fiat and deployed into traditional financial strategies, such as:
U.S. Treasuries
Short-duration credit
Yield-generating private credit markets
Investments are managed by an institutional Yield Curator with full risk and reporting oversight
