SovaX

Introduction

SovaX is the institutional track of the Sova yield layer. SovaX is built on the Sova Prime protocol, but unlike Sova Prime, which is fully permissionless, SovaX is permissioned and tailored for institutional participants who require compliance, regulated custody, and policy-driven risk controls.

SovaX allows corporates, treasuries, funds, and other large-scale allocators to access the same BTC-denominated yield engine as Sova Prime, but within a framework of onboarding, compliance, and institutional-grade custody integrations.

Supported Assets

SovaX accepts Bitcoin and stablecoin deposits, both routed through permissioned custody partners and onboarding rails.

  • ₿ Bitcoin (via sovaBTC)

    • 1:1 backed by native Bitcoin

    • Routed through qualified custodians

    • Fully auditable and redeemable

  • USDC (USD Coin)

    • Fully-backed stablecoin issued by Circle

    • Integrated into fiat conversion partners for RWA strategies

    • Default stablecoin for institutional rails

Supported Networks

SovaX operates on the Sova Chain with connectivity to regulated custodians and institutional gateways.

  • Native integration with custody providers

  • Composable ERC-4626 vault structure

  • Policy-driven guardrails for compliance

Coming Soon Extended connectivity to selected EVM environments and Bitcoin-native layers, optimized for institutions needing cross-chain interoperability.

Wallet & Account Requirements

To use SovaX, allocators must complete an institutional onboarding process:

  • A supported Web3 or custody-connected wallet

  • Completion of KYC/KYT verification

  • Custody account through a qualified partner (for regulated BTC or USDC deposits)

Compliance Note All deposits into SovaX are subject to identity verification, anti-money laundering checks, and jurisdictional screening. Access is limited to non-U.S. institutional participants in supported jurisdictions.
